With our focus on the whole child through our C.A.R.E. approach, we support academic, social, physical, and creative development in a safe, supervised environment that feels like a home away from home.
Before School Care
Our before school care program gives your child a positive start to the day in a calm, welcoming atmosphere. Starting at 6:30 AM, our before care program offers a smooth transition into the school day with breakfast support, and preparation for classroom learning. Children in our before school care programs begin their day with caring staff who help them ease into their morning routine and arrive at school ready to learn.
After School Care
Our after school care pick up where the school day ends, providing structured activities that balance homework time with recreation and fun. We include a nutritious snack, homework club, and a variety of enrichment clubs that keep children engaged until 6:00 PM. The consistency of our after care programs helps children develop routines while enjoying new experiences each day that spark curiosity and joy.
School Day Out Coverage
When school is closed but you still need to work, our school day out care is open from 7am to 6pm to cover full days with engaging clubs that maintain the quality and structure parents expect while offering special programming that makes these days exciting for children. Luna Kids Care provides before and after care programs for all school-aged children, with age-appropriate activities and environments for children. Our inclusive before and after care programs accommodate the developing interests and abilities of children as they grow, ensuring that each age group receives the specific support and engagement they need. From elementary students to teens, our programs adapt to meet the unique developmental needs of each age range.
School Age Child Care
Our school age child care is thoughtfully designed to support your child’s developmental stage. Each age group experiences clubs that challenge them appropriately while fostering growth and independence. Our staff are trained in child development and understand how to create engaging environments for different age levels that keep children interested and motivated.
For children ages 5-11, we balance structured guidance with opportunities for exploration and discovery. Your elementary student will benefit from homework support, creative play, physical activities, and social interaction in a supervised environment. We focus on building foundational skills while nurturing the natural curiosity and confidence that blossoms during these formative years.
Middle schoolers enjoy more autonomy while still receiving the supervision and guidance they need. For ages 12-14, we incorporate their input into activity planning and provide spaces for both socializing and quiet concentration. Our structure helps middle school students develop time management and responsibility while still having fun and exploring their interests in an environment that respects their growing independence.
Our teen before and after care programs respect the maturity of older students while providing the supervision parents want. Teens in our before and after care programs have a dedicated homework space where teens can focus, study, and complete their assignments in a supportive environment. Homework Club
A cornerstone of our after care program, the Homework Club, creates the opportunity for academic success. We offer a quiet dedicated space for your student to complete their homework assignments, study for tests, and develop strong study skills. You’ll appreciate that children in our after school program often complete their homework before pickup, allowing for more quality family time in the evening when you’re all together.
Physical Activity and Recreation
We prioritize physical wellness through daily recreational activities that get children moving. From organized sports to playground games and ZUMBA, children in our before and after care programs have multiple opportunities throughout the day to be physically active.
